I really excited to a new Cozy Nest design, The Weekender Bag!

The Weekender Bag
is a multi-use duffel style bag in your choice of two styles (block or stripes) and up to 3 colors of seat belts.

Here are the highlights:

  • Slip pockets on both sides between the handles
  • Zipped interior pocket
  • Fully zipped top to keep items securely inside
  • An adjustable and removeable shoulder strap
  • Strap connects with large metal rings and swivel snap hooks

The Weekender Bag is sized for a short vacation but could also be used for gym or any occasion.

Kits are available for this design and include all hardware and seat belt. Over 40 colors of seat belts available.

Get 30% off the Weekender Bag Pattern* & Kits (any size & color!) through 8/20/21.
Please Note: Due to the digital nature, the pattern is sold separately from the kits.

As always. I want to say a special “thanks” to my fabulous testers, Marilyn Brandt, Mary Ann Weigand, Carolyn Swisher and Synthia Gerritson. And to Suzanne Flores, who co-designed this project, an extra “thanks, friend”. You can see even more seat belt beauties by visiting the Seat Belt Gallery on my website.

Hello!

Thanks for stopping by! I’m Sarah. I love to design and write sewing patterns. It’s a great way to justify the absurd amount of fabric I own! I live in Kansas with my husband, 2 sons, a dog named Bear, and a 2″ tall parrrotlet named Cheepy. I hope you find something here that inspires you to break out your sewing machine.
